Can I order by phone?
Yes! Our team is happy to help you place an order Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm EST — just write to us at contact@anaonoshop.com and we'll take care of it.
Do you send out catalogs?
We sure do. Just fill out this form and we'll mail a catalog to you!
I'm not sure what size to get. What would fit me best?
Our sizing is based on your band measurement together with your dress size. For instance, if your band is a 36 and you wear a size 10, your AnaOno size is a large. Need more guidance? Take a look at our fit guide!
I know someone who will love to get a set. Do you sell gift cards?
Definitely! Our gift cards come in a range of amounts. See our Gift Cards here
How do I use a gift card in my order?
Once you're ready to check out, simply type your gift card code into the field labeled "Gift Card or Discount Code."
Can I use my insurance to pay for my bras on your website?
We don't take insurance as a payment method right now (we're actively working to fix this inconvenience), but insurance companies are required to cover your L8000 mastectomy bra AFTER your surgery. Each provider has its own requirements for reimbursement, so it's always best to call your own provider to learn about your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs. Since we can't accept insurance as payment at the moment, we're glad to send you an itemized receipt.
Want more details? Visit our insurance coverage page here.
How does the itemized receipts process work?
To send an itemized receipt to your insurance provider, just forward them a copy of your order confirmation email. It now includes everything your provider needs, such as our tax id number, our address and the L8000 code printed on the confirmation. If you need the confirmation resent, hit a snag or have any questions, please contact our insurance experts at contact@anaonoshop.com.
Reimbursement of claim receipts isn't guaranteed, as some insurance companies will turn them down. Want more details? Visit our insurance page here.
How can I pay?
We take all major debit and credit cards — simply enter your card details at checkout. FSA/HSA payments are accepted too; just add your FSA/HSA payment information when you check out!
Are mastectomy bras FSA/HSA eligible?
Mastectomy bras can be reimbursed through a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). You can also pay with FSA/HSA right at checkout!
What can I buy when using my FSA/HSA Card?
Browse our FSA/HSA eligible collection, where you'll find pocketed bras, breast forms and nipple prostheses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship internationally to these countries and regions: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and more. If you'd like to order to a country not on this list, please contact us at contact@anaonoshop.com for more information.
Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes to the UK — we ship there directly.
Direct shipping to the EU is paused for now because of a new EU online-sales rule that isn't the right fit for our small brand, but we can still sell to stores and boutiques throughout the EU. If there's a shop near you that you'd love to see carry us, send their name to contact@anaonoshop.com and we'll reach out!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders have a processing time of up to 2-3 business days, though most ship within 24 hours. After that, you can choose standard or priority/expedited shipping:
USPS Standard Shipping 7-10 Business Days
UPS Ground (price varies on weight of package) 3-7 Business Days
UPS 2-Day Express Shipping (price depends on weight of package) 2-3 Business Days
For international orders (cost varies) 15-20 Business Days
I think I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
We can only exchange orders placed in the USA; unfortunately, exchanges aren't available on international orders. Click here to begin your exchange, or email us at contact@anaonoshop.com for help.
How do I process a return that I placed on Facebook/Instagram?
Returns for Facebook/Instagram orders must be handled through their own return portal. If you need further help, our customer support team is happy to assist.
What are risk free returns and exchanges?
When placing your order, you'll see an option to Checkout Risk-Free. This coverage lets you Buy-and-Try at no extra cost, as many times as it takes to find your perfect fit! So if you're between two sizes, order both and send back the one that doesn't fit at no extra cost!
If you added the $1.99 Risk-Free Buy & Try coverage via Re:do to your order, you'll be sent a pre-paid mailing label at no extra cost when you submit a return or exchange. Print the label and packing slip, or bring the QR code to a USPS shipping location to send it back.
If you decline this coverage, you can still return/exchange your order, but shipping costs will be taken out of your refund or billed to you separately, at the lowest rate available.
If you're outside the United States, you can buy a shipping label at the lowest available price (it varies with current rates) or have it deducted from your refund when you submit your return request. Exchanges are not offered on International orders.
All returns and exchanges are subject to the terms of our Return Policy, whether Re:do coverage was purchased or not.
Can I return/exchange underwear/panties, final sale items or apparel items?
Unfortunately, underwear can't be returned or exchanged (we're sure you understand why). Sale products, underwear and apparel items are also final sale. If you have sizing questions, please check out our fit guide!
Can I return an international order?
Yes, international orders can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility: buy a label at the lowest available rate or have the cost taken out of your refund. Keep in mind that your original shipping charges, import fees, tariffs and duties are NON-refundable, even if you return your purchase. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
I had a unilateral mastectomy. Can I wear bras with only one breast?
Of course! You'll want to support your one breast while softly covering the other side. To even things out, you can also add padding on one side to match your breast. Click here to shop our unilateral collection.
I had a double mastectomy with no reconstruction. Can I wear a bra with no breasts?
Yes, absolutely! Many of our flat customers prefer a soft, comfy, full coverage bra. Click here to shop our Flat Collection. If you'd like to wear breast forms or a prosthesis, click here to shop our Mastectomy Collection.
What bra do I wear if I have one breast?
Choose bras without cup definition or underwires so they rest comfortably on your skin while still supporting your natural breast. Pocketed bras let you add an insert if you'd like to balance out the other side. Click Here to shop our Unilateral Collection.
What bra do I wear if I had a double mastectomy?
For forms: Choose bras with pockets that hold your lightweight prosthetics for balance. There are lots of breast form options, from ultra-light (and free, yay!) Knitted Knockers to the heavier prosthetics sold at mastectomy shops. For the most comfort, we suggest pairing AnaOno bras with your ultra-light forms. Shop your collection here.
With Reconstruction: We suggest skipping molded cups (they can gap), underwires (they may cause needless pain), and choosing soft materials (kind to sensitive scar tissue). Shop your styles here.
Without Reconstruction or Forms: Of course we didn't forget our fiercely flat ladies! You don't need breasts or forms to rock a sexy little bra. Look for one with some stretch and absolutely NO molded cups, so it lies smoothly across your chest without extra fabric hanging off. Check out your styles here.
What bra do I wear if I had a lumpectomy?
We know a lumpectomy can be tricky, especially if radiation was part of your treatment. You may have incision pain in the breast fold or along the rib cage, and radiation can even leave some asymmetry — but don't worry, we've got you! Skip molded cups and underwire, particularly if your incision is sensitive. Shop our recommendations here.
What bra do I wear if I am about to have reconstruction?
Your doctor will most likely place you in a (not so attractive) post-surgical bra at the time of surgery. It won't be pretty, but it's only temporary. Once your drains come out (remember our very handy Miena robe with drain pouches) and your doctor releases you from the iron maiden (as we like to call it), you'll be ready for our ultra-soft, ultra-cozy front closure bra! Taking off that surgical bra will feel like heaven. Just check with your doctor first — we never want to get in the way of your healing. Shop our Mastectomy Surgery Must-Haves here.
What bra do I wear if I just had reconstruction?
Once your doctor gives the green light to ditch that ugly surgical bra (worn out and beaten up), we suggest beginning with our ultra-soft modal bras. That includes the front closure (great for when your range of motion may be limited) and the rest of our modal collection, made without underwire or molded cups. They'll help you heal while some post-surgery swelling lingers, keeping you covered and comfortable.
What bra do I wear if I had reconstruction years ago?
Living in sports bras for years? Don't worry, so did we… until AnaOno. Rediscover your sexy and dive back into the fun of lingerie shopping! If you're attached to your comfy sports bra, ease in with our fashion sport bras and work your way up to that sexy black lace set for the bedroom.
How can I keep up with everything that AnaOno is doing?
